Re: The Perfect DIsh?

While I agree with letter writer Bruce Wood’s assertion that it’s easier to have control of the nutritional value of a dish if it’s cooked from scratch, the time required to do this can sometimes be quite overwhelming.

After all, as the late great scientist Carl Sagan once pointed out, “if you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe.”
